Sue Miller
Sue Miller is a dairy farmer and cheesemaker. Along with her husband, Ken and two sons, Randy and Jesse, Sue owns and operates Birchrun Hills Farm in Chester Springs, PA. Since 2006, Sue has been crafting handmade farmstead cheese from the milk of her beloved cows. As a founding member of the PA Cheese Guild, Sue is committed to promoting Pennsylvania dairy products while helping to build a community of knowledgeable cheesemakers and cheese lovers. As a member of the ACS Education Committee, Sue passionately promotes artisan cheese and cheesemakers while helping to develop a supportive network for cheesemakers through continuing education for all members. Birchrun Hills Farm was recently awarded Chester Co. Farmers of the Year for their dynamic business model, commitment to sustainable practices, and local food system advocacy.
